ClothGhost provides an AI-powered image editing service that removes mannequins from clothing photography. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to process images that contain illegal, explicit, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds for tokens that have already been used. If you experience technical issues or accidental subscription renewals, please contact support within 7 days for a potential refund on unused tokens.
